Section 5 – Decision
In making decisions relating to this Fairer Scotland Duty Assessment the inputs of stakeholders, including relevant communities, have been considered alongside data and research as set out in Section 2. We conclude that the response is not intrinsically detrimental to the Fairer Scotland Duty.
