Information requested

You asked for an internal review of our decision to withhold some documentation following your EIR request (reference number 202200332470) received on 30 January 2023.

Specifically, the withholding of maps associated with the AECS contract for Tulchan Sporting Estates Ltd.

Response

Having reviewed the original release of information I agree with you that we should have released the associated mapping information for the AECS contract. On that basis I enclose the relevant maps.

On your last point around documents that may have been withheld as opposed to redacted to protect personal data, having spoken to the member of staff who considered your original EIR request, he has confirmed that (maps aside) all documentation was released and redacted where necessary rather than any documents being withheld in their entirety due to personal information.

So with apologies for any confusion caused during the initial release of information, but hopefully that provides you with assurance that we have now released all relevant documents.
