1. Purpose
This International Communications Framework provides a structure and plan to support public sector communicators and other organisations that are communicating with international audiences. It will ensure communicators are working to the same goals and collaborating effectively to help Scotland meet its vision of being recognised as a good global citizen and a dynamic, fair and inclusive country in which to live, work, study, visit and do business.
