Information requested
Please be advised that the Kyle of Sutherland District Salmon Fishery Board is likely to appeal your recent decision not to grant a licence to shoot seals. In order to produce a properly informed appeal, we request you provide us with the full advice received by MS-LOT in making this decision including, but not limited to, advice received from NatureScot and Marine Scotland Science. Given the importance of this information we reserve the right to appeal after the two week deadline has expired.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exception under Regulation 11(2) (personal information of a third party) of the EIRs applies to that information. The reason why that exception applies is explained in the Annex to this letter.
