Forms for applying for status as a registered buyer or seller of first sale fish and shellfish and for the designation of a space as an auction site.
Please note that although these forms were created in 2005 and include reference to some key dates during the initial roll-out of the scheme, they remain valid for use now. Please disregard any reference to deadlines in 2005 and complete the form as normal.
