Information requested
Any notes/minutes of meetings with Ofgem on the subject of TNUoS reforms, attended by representatives of the Scottish Government, from 1st November 2021 to date.

An exception under regulation 11(2) of the EIRs (personal information) applies to some of the information requested because it is personal data of a third party and disclosing it would contravene the data protection principles in Article 5(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
The Scottish Government has regular engagement with Ofgem officials on a number of topics. TNUoS reforms were discussed at a meeting with Ofgem and others on the 3rd of August 2022. TNUoS reforms were also discussed during a meeting with Ofgem on the 25th of May 2022. The notes for both meetings have been provided.
The Scottish Government also attended the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority meeting on the 9th of February 2022. The minutes for this meeting are public and can be found at Minutes of the Authority meeting - February 9 2022 | Ofgem.
