1 The 2022 Act will be updated to reflect a change to the pardon qualifying criteria which came into force on 22 January 2025 by means of the Miners’ Strike (Pardons) (Scotland) Act 2022 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2024. This relates to the addition of a qualifying offence under section 7 of the Conspiracy and Protection of Property Act 1875.
