I attach a spreadsheet with the information you asked for.

Please note that 2020 Scottish Household Survey data is not considered compatible with previous years, as survey methodology changed due to COVID-19 restrictions (Further information on this is available in the Scottish Household Survey and Transport and Travel in Scotland publication documentation). 2017-19 averages have been given as well as individual years. Some researchers prefer to use figures for combined years to give a large sample size with greater degree of certainty over values. Values based on a sample size of under 50 have been suppressed, as is standard with Scottish Household Survey travel data. Trips per day and Distance per day have been estimated with calculations using Scottish Household Survey and Mid-2020 Population Estimates Scotland data. Annual estimates can be calculated from these figures.

The available information regarding emissions for Glasgow is available at https://www.glasgow.gov.uk/LEZ under Reports/Evidence Base and then "Consideration of CO2 emissions....".
