Mortgage repayments increase estimate Q1 2023: FOI release

The calculations and modelling which support the claim in the Scottish Housing Market Review Q1 2023 that a 415 basis point increase in interest rates is estimated to increase the monthly payment by around £370 per month for the average new variable rate mortgage and by around £200 per month for the average outstanding variable rate mortgage in Scotland.
