1 Based on all men who have a starting date recorded in the data, and who were deemed as suitable for the programme. As discussed in Chapter 3 of this report, a number of sites were delivering MF:MC before the IT system was in place. Correspondence with Treatment Managers indicated that at least 50 men had started and completed the programme but are not accounted for in this data.
