National Care Service: factsheet: Easy Read version
This easy read factsheet gives information about the Scottish Government's National Care Service (NCS). It explains the need for an NCS, the benefits of an NCS, and the plan for creating an NCS. It also has facts about Scotland's current social care landscape.
Errata
An errata was published on 16 July 2024. This was the result of a change to PDF page 3 to include a caveat on the factsheet's information; changes to PDF page 12 to the figures included in the first paragraph; and changes to PDF page 16 to show that the Expert Legislative Advisory Group meetings have now taken place. The HTML and PDF have been updated to reflect these changes.
