We have been working with organisations who support people from groups and communities who often have barriers to engaging with government. This report is about findings from this work relating to the Governance and representation co-design theme.
Discussion sessions
We ran discussion sessions with people from different backgrounds and communities. The people had experience of accessing services.
We worked with different organisations that work in health and disabilities.
We talked about:
- who should be on the board
- how someone with lived experience could be supported to be on the board
- how people can be included in discussions and making decisions.
