8 The 2020 Care Home Census for Adults in Scotland was cancelled to avoid placing additional burden on care homes at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic.
9 Data was submitted by two-thirds of care homes. Numbers have been estimated for those homes which did not submit data.
10 The Main Client Group refers to the majority of residents in the care home. 'Other Groups' includes alcohol and drug misuse, blood borne virus (HIV/AIDS), and acquired brain injury.
