Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy

This Specification has been published in the context of the new Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy. The Scottish Government and COSLA published its long-term vision and approach to improving the mental health and wellbeing of everyone in Scotland in June 2023. The Strategy is ambitious and describes what the Scottish Government and COSLA think a highly effective and well-functioning mental health system should look like – with the right support available, in the right place, at the right time, whenever anyone asks for help.
