NHS staff pay deal: 2024 to 2025

Details of pay deal for healthcare staff governed by the Agenda for Change agreement. Includes nurses, midwives, paramedics, allied health professionals, porters and others.

We are delivering an agreed one year pay deal for NHS Scotland Agenda for Change staff.

In order to achieve this, we have committed an overall financial envelope of £448 million for Agenda for Change pay in 2024 to 2025.

This is a 5.5% increase for all staff governed by the Agenda for Change agreement.

Allowances and RRPs which increase in line with pay uplifts will be uprated as appropriate.

The pay uplift will also apply to the Two Tier Agreement.

This represents a cash uplift of between £1,278 and £6,404 and ensures that Agenda for Change staff within NHS Scotland have the best reward package in the UK.
