NHS staff pay: 2024 to 2025

NHS Scotland pay bands, including Agenda for Change staff.

Resident doctors, and dentists in training

We are delivering an agreed one year pay deal for NHS Scotland resident doctors, and dentists in training.

In delivering this, we have committed a financial envelope of £64.1 million for resident doctors, and dentists in training pay in 2024 to 2025.

The pay deal will see:

Allowances and recruitment and retention premiums which increase in line with pay uplifts will be uprated as appropriate.
