8.1 A copy Guidance Note setting out operational guidance for Administering Agents dealing with 'Golden Share' Buy-Backs and re-sales can be found here. It is important that these procedures are followed and where the Administering Agent has not been involved with these before or is in any way unsure, they should contact either the Scottish Government Area Housing Supply Team or Scottish Government Solicitors for guidance.
