Orthopaedic section of NHS Inform pages on patient waiting times: FOI release

Information requested
Any communication, including emails and meeting minutes, regarding the orthopaedic section (inpatient and outpatient) of the new/ revamped NHS Inform pages on patient waiting times which was launched last August, which were received and sent by the Scottish government.
Please include communication from health boards, representatives of specialist bodies, internal staff communication etc. Please include emails which raised any concern or anxiety about the content of the pages. Please include all communication received regarding the creation of the orthopaedic section of this website prior to launch and all subsequent communication regarding the same section.
