Analysis of responses to the consultation on the draft regulations transferring the parking and bus lane adjudicators to the Scottish Tribunals and an indication of how the regulations have been revised.

8. We received 5 responses including four from local authorities. Due to the small number of responses this analysis relies on consideration of the key points raised in the responses relating to each set of regulations rather than an in-depth statistical analysis of the responses.
