9. The majority of respondents were content with the provisions. The main comments received suggested amendments to the two existing sets of rules of procedure, which have now been amalgamated into one to cover both parking and bus lane appeals. No issues were raised in relation to the composition regulations. Where concerns were raised, these have been addressed in the analysis of consultation responses in the Summary of Key Responses document in Annex A.
