Given the nature of the proposed programme of work, which is a re-working of guidance centred on existing policy rather than new policy, there is no intention to have face-to-face discussions with 6-12 businesses. However, service provider representatives – public, third and private sector – will be represented on the SLWG. Business will also have an opportunity to input through the planned public consultation.

The proposed work programme is unlikely to impact on international trade and investment, because the provision of social care and other services that integration authorities commission is on a national scale and the programme of work is not new policy, but rather re-worked guidance on existing policy.
