Guidance for applicants to the Partnership Support for Regeneration (PSR) grant scheme.

The attached guidance references EU State Aid. Please be aware that this scheme is now running in line with UK Subsidy Control requirements as laid out in the UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement as of 01 January 2021 (see scheme reference SC10280 GOV.UK - Public user search page (beis.gov.uk)). The document will be updated in due course to reflect this change, however the content relating to objectives, qualification and detail of how the scheme runs remains accurate.
