Can you confirm if any payments have been made from the Scottish Government to Serco, as part of the contract to deliver the Caledonian Sleeper service, between January 1 2023 and the present date. 

Can you confirm if any payments are due to be made from the Scottish Government to Serco, as part of the contract to deliver the Caledonian Sleeper service.

In response to your first question above, I can confirm payments have been made to Serco Caledonian Sleeper (SCSL) between 1st January 2023 and the present date. 

In response to your second question above, I can confirm payments will continue to be made to Serco Caledonian Sleeper as per the Temporary Measures Agreement (TMA). Details of the TMA can be found on Transport Scotland’s website via the following link:-
