6 In-combination Assessment

6.1 As the general and sectoral policies set out in the Pilot Plan have been 'screened out' due to either being general policy statements, containing aspects protecting the natural and historic environment, containing proposals that have not been generated by the Pilot Plan, or containing aspects that are general so that it is not known how they will be implemented of whether potential effects may occur to any European site, no in-combination assessment is required for the Pilot Plan and its policies.
