Regarding your request, enclosed within this release is the briefing to the Cabinet Secretary with redactions under Regulation 10(4)(d) material in course of completion, unfinished documents or incomplete data, and Regulation 10(5)(e) – substantial prejudice to confidentiality of commercial or industrial information apply to some of the information within the brief. This information has been redacted from the brief.
