Press conference at Bute House about Supreme Court ruling: FOI release

Information requested
All correspondence between ministers, special advisers and civil servants regarding the prospect of holding a press conference at Bute House on 23/11/22 about the Supreme Court ruling. This should include emails, text, WhatsApp, Signal, Telegram, Messenger or other electronic communications, and handwritten notes.
Response
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, exemptions under Section 36(1) (confidentiality in legal proceedings) and section 38(1)(b) (personal data of a third party) of FOISA apply to some of the information requested. The reasons why this exemption applies is explained in Annex A of this letter.
Some of the information you have requested is enclosed within Annex B of this letter. This includes redactions as explained above.
