Scope of DPS

Examples of the types of services that can be delivered under the Grant Fund Manager DPS are stated below but not limited to:

• administration and distribution of grant funds and associated pre and post funding activities
• putting arrangements in place to ensure that all information held shall be securely and sensitively managed
• ensuring that arrangements for the award of funding to final beneficiaries are formalised
• manage the application stage, core funding awards, monitoring of awards, capacity building
• ensure all staff involved in the fund have the appropriate experience and training to deliver the required services
• payments – fund manager to issue and manage these appropriately
• working to maximise the outcomes/benefits achieved through regular dialogue with grant recipients and suggesting improvements to future years grant conditions/arrangements
• provide the required management information (mi) as requested by the Scottish government
