Scope of DPS

Examples of the types of services that can be delivered under the Grant Fund Manager DPS include, but are not limited to:

• administration and distribution of grant funds and associated pre- and post funding activities
• arranging for the secure and sensitive management of all information held
• formalising arrangements for the award of funding to final beneficiaries
• manage the application stage, core funding awards, monitoring of awards, capacity building
• ensuring all staff involved in the fund have appropriate experience and training to deliver the required services
• issuing and managing payments appropriately
• maximizing outcomes/benefits through regular dialogue with grant recipients and suggesting improvements to future grant conditions/arrangements
• provide the required management information (MI) as requested by the Scottish Government
