1. A student is frequently bullied if he or she is in the top 10% of the index of exposure to bullying across all countries/economies.

2. A total of thirteen countries/entities did not achieve the technical standards in 2022. Ten countries/entities had student response rates of below 80 per cent. This compared to four countries who failed to meet the technical standards in 2018.
