Errata
An errata was published on 26 November 2019 to reflect the statement made by the Deputy First Minister, John Swinney on 20 November 2019 in the Scottish Parliament; and specifically that the Bill to incorporate the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child into domestic law will seek to incorporate in full and directly – using the language of the Convention – in every case possible.
The pdf and html have both been updated within the document to reflect these changes.
