8. Part 2 Consultation Overview – Amendment of the West of Scotland site boundary

In the second part of the consultation, we are seeking views and comments on the proposed amendment of the site boundary for the West of Scotland NCMPA to resolve an issue with the original site boundary designation.

The following documents outline the proposed boundary changes for the West of Scotland NCMPA and assess potential impacts. These documents should be considered when responding to this consultation.

1. Draft Order - A draft Order has been produced which provides the proposed amendment to the site boundary.

2. Revised Business Regulatory Impact Assessment (BRIA) - the existing BRIA for the original site designation for the West of Scotland NCMPA has been reviewed and updated for this consultation. This assesses the possible costs, benefits and risks of the amendment of the boundary and their potential impact on public, private or third sectors.
