This statistical publication presents latest annual figures to end March 2024 on new housebuilding and Affordable Housing Supply, along with annual rates of new housebuilding and affordable housing supply per head of population. Comparisons to other UK countries are made when data are available. The latest quarterly data and comparisons to the corresponding quarter the year before are presented.

Timeseries for quarterly and annual data, along with local authority breakdowns, are contained in the supporting Excel tables.
