Also in 2015, the Scottish Government announced a significantly increased investment of £13.5 million over 5 years to support survivors of in care childhood abuse through a dedicated support fund. The In Care Survivor Support Fund became operational in September 2016 and was subsequently renamed Future Pathways in February 2017.
