Pausing, resuming or withdrawing an application
14. All applicants have the right to pause or withdraw their application at any time prior to a determination of an offer of redress. An applicant can request their paused application is resumed at any time prior to the closing of the scheme. More information on pausing, resuming or withdrawing an application can be found in the statutory guidance on pausing, withdrawing and making more than one application.
