15 Implementation and Delivery Plan

It is intended that the regulations will be laid on 15 October 2024, and come into force on 16 October 2024.

In advance of this, and directly following, the Scottish Government will continue to communicate widely across the sector to ensure that the changes are widely understood. These efforts will be supported by the trade bodies referenced above, which are supportive of the changes and keen to ensure their members are fully aware of their impacts.
