Action Group on Processions: report
The Action Group on Processions has made six recommendations to improve facilitation of processions for the Scottish Government, CoSLA and Police Scotland to consider.
Terms of Reference
Aim of the Action Group on Processions
To develop next steps based on, but not limited to, the conclusions and recommendations set out in the report of the Short Life Working Group (SLWG) on Facilitating Peaceful Assemblies in Scotland (2022) to improve the facilitation of processions in Scotland. All actions and next steps should be compatible with human rights.
