13. The duties are set out in Sections 14 and 15 of the Continuity Act. The duty on UK Ministers has been modified by section 19 of the Environment Act 2021
14. Section 14(3) of the Continuity Act restricts the application of the duties on Ministers from applying to any policy or proposal so far as it relates to national defence or civil emergency, or to finance or budgets.
