Appendix K: Timeline

The Moray Maternity Services Review Timeline shows 10 milestones which the Programme aimed to deliver between March and December 2021. The initial task which took place between March and June 2021 was to appoint the Chair and members of the Review Group, as well as for NHS Grampian to produce an Information Pack to inform the Review. Between May and October 2021, the Review Group engaged with various stakeholders via “Evidence Sessions” which were then written up for reference by the Review Group. Concurrently, findings and recommendations were developed, which included work on Synthesis and Playback of evidence, and identification and sourcing of Data Requirements, as well as the Development and Assessment of Models. The final milestone which covered Report writing, Approvals and Publishing, was achieved between August and December 2021.
