Response

I enclose a copy of the Scottish Government response to FoI 202100231585. This was a review of an initial request that was refused after being assessed as exceeding the FOISA statutory upper cost limit.

While our aim is to provide you information wherever we can, on this occasion we are unable to provide you with all of the information you have requested as statutory exemptions under FOISA apply. Further information on what exemptions apply and why can be found in Annex A and in Annex D.
