Information which was released by the Scottish Government in response to the request which was the subject of Decision Notice 101/2022 by the Scottish Information Commissioner.

The additional information which is referred to within the Information Commissioner's judgement and which was released separately is as follows:

1. No Scottish Government staff were dismissed for drug-related incidents.
2. No Scottish Government staff were dismissed for harassment-related incidents.
3. Two Scottish Government staff were dismissed for bullying-related incidents.
4. One Scottish Government member of staff was dismissed for an alcohol-related incident.
