Rather than comment on existing indicators and targets in the groupings in which they are published, they have been clustered into a series of themes relevant to a lifecourse approach where possible. In the spirit of paragraph 59 above, the following observations are offered for consideration as the basis for the next stages of the development of co-produced indicators and targets.
