Information relating to the role of the Scottish Government Resilience Division in relation to the public health emergency of drug deaths.

Response

As requested, my response is limited to activity carried out within the Scottish Government Resilience Division. I shall respond to each of your questions in turn:

  1. Scottish Government Resilience Division has not held any meetings in relation to this matter.
  2. The Scottish Government Resilience Room (SGoRR) has not been activated in relation to this matter.
  3. No team or individual within Scottish Government Resilience Division has developed any detailed risk assessment in relation to this matter.
  4. Scottish Government Resilience Division officials have not met with Scottish Government Ministers in order to brief on or discuss this matter.
  5. Scottish Government Resilience Division officials have not provided any written briefings to Scottish Government Ministers in relation to this matter.
