Scotland Heat Map: public sector data sharing agreement

Introduction

This data-sharing agreement is between the Scottish Ministers, acting through the Directorate for Chief Economist (“the Scottish Government”) and all public sector organisations holding the Heat Map datasets. Release of Scotland Heat Map data to public sector organisations is subject to agreement with the terms in this data sharing agreement, which sets out:

• the principles for sharing data for the Scotland Heat Map,
• the roles and responsibilities of the Scottish Government and signatories,
• how the data can be used.

This agreement covers all data the Scottish Government shares as part of the Scotland Heat Map Project regarding the 2022 Scotland Heat Map.
