Data sharing agreement between the Scottish Ministers and all public sector organisations holding the Heat Map datasets.

Commencement and duration

This agreement shall commence once signed and dated by both parties: the Scottish Ministers, acting through the Directorate for Chief Economist, (“the Scottish Government”) and the relevant public sector organisation (the ‘recipient’). It shall continue unless terminated in accordance with the Termination of agreement section.
