Scottish cancer patient experience survey 2015-2016: exploring differences in patient experiences

Additional survey analysis which examines the relationship between the self-reported experiences of service users and a range of factors.


Ethnicity

Respondents who were non-white were more negative than those who were white for 1 out of the 47 questions analysed. The question asked if the doctors and nurses asked them what name they preferred to be called by whilst in hospital.
