Funding information
Level of funding available
Scottish colleges and universities are invited to apply for a minimum of £1,000 and maximum of £25,000. Additional funding of up to £10,000 for projects which include partnerships with other Scottish Government recognised education providers.
The maximum amount of funding allocated to each institution will be £25,000. This increases to £35,000 with cross sector partnerships. There is no limit on the number of applications an institution can submit.
Funding criteria
All Test and Learn Project outcomes must evidence how they will support at least one of the ten actions in Scotland’s International Education Strategy (IES)
The IES is focused on three key themes:
- attracting and diversifying the international student population
- maximising the economic benefits of international higher education
- promoting Scotland’s as a work leader in research and knowledge exchange
