Water SR15 Completion Projects

With overall IPOD points of 86, the SR15 Completion sub-portfolio is out with the target range of 97 to 100.

Start on Site

1 project (Sanday WTW - QUALITY) started on site during Q3 bringing the total number of projects achieving the Start On Site (SOS) milestone to 6 with performance being at the top of the range of 5 to 6 points.

Acceptance

1 project (SR15 ES - Uig WTW - SR15 WQ) achieved acceptance during Q3, bringing the total number of completed projects delivering benefit to customers to 34 which is below the target of 40 points. 6 in the SR15 Completion sub-portfolio have been reforecast. Reasons for reforecasting can be found in the table below.

Financial Approval

1 project (Fair Isle WTW - Quality) achieved financial completion during Q3, taking the total achieved to 46 which is out with the target range of 52 to 54 points. 8 in the SR15 Completion sub-portfolio have been reforecast. Reasons for reforecasting can be found in the table below.

Water Quality

With overall IPOD points of 125, the Water Quality sub-portfolio is out with the target range of 136 to 157.

Start on Site

3 projects (Forehill DSR Repairs, Burghmuir DSR Repairs, Pourie DSR Repairs) started on site during Q3 bringing the total number of projects achieving the Start On Site (SOS) milestone to 36 with performance being in the centre of the range of 32 to 38 points.

Acceptance

3 projects (SR21 Carron Valley WTW - Air Curtain, TWS Tiree WTW CWBT Replacement, Pourie DSR Repairs) achieved acceptance during Q3, bringing the total number of completed projects delivering benefit to customers to 44 which is out with the target range of 54 to 58 points. 15 in the Water Quality sub-portfolio have been reforecast. Reasons for reforecasting can be found in the table below.

Financial Approval

5 projects (Kirkmichael WTW - CM, IR18 Tighnabruaich Lead Comms Investigation and Replacement, Stornoway WTW - Interim THM and Cryptosporidium measures, SR21 Bonnycraig WTW Growth and Quality, SR21 Core WTW Pilots - Filter Columns) achieved financial completion during Q3, taking the total achieved to 45 which is out with the target range of 50 to 61 points. 18 projects in the Water Quality sub-portfolio have been reforecast. Reasons for reforecasting can be found in the table below.

Water Supply

With overall IPOD points of 197, the Water Supply sub-portfolio is above the target range of 158 to 196.

Start on Site

5 projects (RCI Stewarton and Machrihanish DMA - Phase 2, Roughrigg Reservoir MIOS, RCI Benbecula DMA 6 inch AC Main, RCI Madderty and St Davids DMA, RCI Non - DMA Kingshill WSZ - Monymusk Corridor) started on site during Q3 bringing the total number of projects achieving the Start On Site (SOS) milestone to 77 with performance being in the centre of the range of 70 to 80 points.

Acceptance

9 projects (SR21 ES North Third, NRSWA Edinburgh Trams York Place to Newhaven, RCI Hilliclay DMA (Stainland), RCI Tore and Drumderfit DMA (Tore to Kessock), RCI Kinlochbervie DMA (Kinlochbervie WOA), Dirty Dam - Silt removal, SR21 Eela WTW Interim Measures, RCI Blairdaff and Fetternear DMA, Orkney Sludge Trial Enabling Works) achieved acceptance during Q3, bringing the total number of completed projects delivering benefit to customers to 65 which is in the top half of the range of 49 to 69 points.

Financial Approval

5 projects (Carfin Incident - MD interventions, ICF - Forres Strategic Water upgrade, RCI Catterthun DMA Craigton of Monikie, RCI Clachan DMA Longrigg, RCI Comrie and Bogside DMA Righead Farm) achieved financial completion during Q3, taking the total achieved to 55 which is well above the target range of 39 to 47 points.
