Number of formal complaints made by civil servants about a current or former Minister’s behaviour.
Civil servants can make a formal complaint under the procedure for handling complaints made by civil servants about a current or former Minister’s behaviour.
The aim of this procedure is to ensure that formal complaints raised about current or former Ministers about unacceptable behaviour towards civil servants are handled sensitively, fairly and in a timely manner. This is in line with our commitment to staff to creating a workplace free from bullying, harassment and discrimination.
This information is updated every six months.
We will publish the outcome of any complaint once the investigation, including any appeal, is concluded.
