Annex 3 - ACE module 

Please note that changes to the module are highlighted in bold. 

The next questions are about certain things you may have experienced when you were a child or young person. You may find that some of the questions are quite personal in nature. As a result, you might feel sad, upset or distressed. If you feel unable to, or if you feel uncomfortable answering a question then you do not have to answer that question. At the end of your interview, the interviewer will give you, a useful contacts leaflet with details of where you can get advice and support if you feel this would help you.
