Scottish Health Survey: content review outcomes report
This report summarises changes that have and will be made to the content of the Scottish Health Survey (SHeS) from 2024 onwards. Some of these changes do not apply to the 2024 survey and will be made to future years.
Dental health and services
There were no detailed comments relating specifically to this topic. SHeS is a key source of dental data in Scotland and the dental health and services module will therefore continue to be included in the survey with the questions on dental health being asked annually of adults (aged 16+) in the main survey and the questions on dental services being asked every two years of around two thirds of the adult sample (version A) in the main interview.
