Scottish Peace Programme: request for proposals.

This is a request for proposals for a supplier to support the delivery of the Scottish Peace Programme, including establishment of a Scottish Peace Platform and the 1325 Women in Conflict Fellowships. The closing date for applications is 26 July 2024.


Annex C: Application Checklist

Programme Documents

Your application must consist of:

I. Document 1 - The Application Form

II. Document 2 – A draft logic model/logical framework summarising your proposed approach. This must include at least one explicit gender equality objective backed by at least one gender-specific indicator in line with the OECD DAC gender equality policy marker.

III. Document 3 – an indicative high level Budget (a spreadsheet is preferred). This should include an estimate of staff costs, a breakdown of overheads and office costs, all travel costs, and anticipated implementation costs based on assumptions in your logic model/theory of change in document 2.

IV. Document 4 – A programme risk register including detail of assumptions and mitigating action(s)

V. CVs for all staff and any key associates involved in delivery of the programme (max 2 pages per CV)

Organisation Documents

VI. Document 6 – A copy of your Equal Opportunities/Diversity policy.

VII. Document 7 - A statement verifying your Fair Work First commitment and confirmation this has been developed in agreement with the workforce. This is to be signed off by the relevant trade union where one is present, or workers representative(s) where there is no union present.

VIII. Document 8 - A copy of your organisation’s safeguarding policy.

Due Diligence Documents (only required if your application is successful):
